I have been involved in guiding since I was seven years old. I am in my sixties at the time of writing which means I have been camping in guiding for more than forty years. I am an Outdoor Advisor with The Irish Girl Guides and a Guider with Carrigdhoun Guide Company in Carrigaline, Co. Cork.

I want to share the knowledge and experience I have gathered over the years with other guiders. My aim is to create a one stop shop for Guiders who want to take their girls away overnight. But I also want to pass on some stories about the many experiences I have had over the years and the wonderful guiders with whom I have shared these experiences.
